Choosing your treatment
I'm new to Pearl. What should I book?
If you know what you want, book it directly. If you don't, book the Skin Journey Starter (£97, 75 minutes). We talk about your skin, you have a facial chosen for it, and I email you a plan afterwards.
Do I need to know what my skin needs?
No. That's my job. Tell me what you're noticing and what bothers you.
Can I book an advanced treatment as my first appointment?
Yes. Everything on my booking page can be booked directly. If you're unsure whether it's suitable, message me first.
What's the difference between microneedling and injectables?
Microneedling works on the skin itself, stimulating your own collagen so texture, scarring and fine lines improve over time. Injectables add volume or relax muscles under the skin. I don't offer injectables. If that's what you want, I'll say so.
Prices and plans
How much are treatments?
From £47 for a dermaplane to £177 for SkinPen on the face. Every price is on the Treatments page and on the booking page.
Do you offer courses?
Yes. SkinPen as a course of three, a 15% saving on three of the same advanced facial, and LED light therapy courses. I only recommend a course where consistency will give a better result.
Will I be pressured into a course?
No. I'll tell you what I'd recommend and why. What you book is up to you.
Products and homecare
Do I have to buy skincare from you?
No. Homecare makes a difference, so I may recommend changes where I think they'll help. I'm not interested in replacing products that already work for you.
Do I need an expensive routine to get results?
Not necessarily. I'd rather you had a small routine with the right products than a bathroom full of things you don't know how to use.
Your appointment
How often should I come?
It depends on your skin and the treatment. Many regulars come every four to six weeks. Some treatments are spaced differently or done as a course.
Will my treatment still be relaxing?
Where the treatment allows, yes. Some advanced treatments are more about the procedure. Others, like the Glass Skin Glow Facial, include massage and plenty of time to switch off.
Will you explain what you're doing?
If you'd like me to, yes. If you'd rather close your eyes and enjoy the quiet, that's fine too.
Booking and cancellations
How do I book?
Online through my booking page, which shows live availability. Or message me on WhatsApp or Instagram and I'll arrange it with you.
Do I pay when I book?
Your card details are taken when you book to hold the appointment. Courses require a 50% deposit. You'll be asked to accept my booking terms at the same time.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at 50%.

Where is Pearl Skin Studio?
Inside Brooke Hair & Beauty Studio, 1 Claremont Road, Seaford, East Sussex. There's no sign on the street. Come in through the salon and I will meet you in reception.
