What we collect

• Messages. If you contact Emma by WhatsApp, Instagram or email, we keep what you send so we can reply and arrange your appointment.
• Bookings. Online bookings are taken through Fresha, which collects your contact and card details to hold your appointment. Fresha has its own privacy policy.
• Consultation forms. Before treatment you fill in a consultation form, which can include health information. It is used only to plan and carry out your treatments safely, and is kept securely.

Why we use it

To arrange and carry out your treatments, to reply to you, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. Health information on your consultation form is used with your consent, and only for your treatment.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is shared only with the services that make the business work: Fresha for bookings, and the companies that host this website and our email.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for your treatments, and for any period the law or our insurance requires.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The maps on this site are still images. Google only sets cookies if you tap through to Google Maps for directions.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pearlskinstudio.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
